The entire ocean is being drawn toward the sky.
Gigantic columns of seawater rise vertically into the atmosphere, forming enormous spiraling streams of water. Ships and research platforms remain safely suspended on the surface while the surrounding ocean rapidly drains upward.
VOICEOVER:
"At 06:14, the Atlantic began leaving Earth."
4 to 8 SECONDS:
A hidden Continuity Division command center immediately detects the anomaly.
Engineers rapidly activate an emergency atmospheric stabilization system.
A specialized futuristic aircraft launches from an oceanic research facility and accelerates toward the enormous ascending water column.
VOICEOVER:
"We had eleven minutes to bring it back."
8 to 16 SECONDS:
The aircraft races through the enormous water column.
Water surrounds the cockpit like a transparent tunnel. Lightning flashes inside the rising atmosphere. Massive streams of ocean twist around the aircraft.
The pilot reaches a gigantic stabilization platform suspended above the ocean.
The platform deploys several enormous energy anchors toward the rising water.
The system activates.
For a moment, the ocean begins descending.
Then the stabilization system overloads.
The anchors shut down.
The water begins accelerating upward again.
VOICEOVER:
"The first system failed."
16 to 23 SECONDS:
The pilot discovers a second solution.
Deep beneath the exposed ocean floor is an enormous ancient planetary water-control mechanism, built into the geology of Earth.
The aircraft dives toward it.
The camera follows extremely close as the pilot races through enormous underground mechanical structures and activates the dormant system.
Everything suddenly begins vibrating.
23 to 27 SECONDS:
The mechanism activates.
The enormous streams of water reverse direction.
Water races back toward the ocean basin from the sky in a spectacular controlled cascade.
The aircraft pulls away at maximum speed as the ocean rapidly reforms across the Atlantic.
VOICEOVER:
"Second system."
A beat.
"Success."
27 to 30 SECONDS:
Peaceful aerial view of the restored Atlantic.
Everything appears normal again.
Then the camera slowly descends toward the ocean.
Far beneath the surface, an enormous dormant structure suddenly illuminates with a faint blue glow.
The narrator quietly says:
"Something else just woke up."
Cut to black.
The entire sequence should feel like a tense, expensive science-fiction thriller rather than a disaster spectacle. Clear cause and effect, strong sense of time pressure, continuous escalation, a failed first solution, a desperate second attempt and a memorable final reveal. No injuries, no destruction of cities, no graphic imagery, no casualties, no explosions involving people. Focus on the environment, technology, spacecraft, ocean, atmosphere and the mission itself.
